Return Policy

• We gladly accept returns, exchanges, or replacements of ONLY unused merchandise within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Please note that all products must have their original tags, dust bags, and packaging boxes intact. All items should be unused and in brand-new condition.
• GIFT BOX is not eligible for returns or exchanges as it is considered a final sale item.
• Products purchased during FLASH SALES or FINAL SALES (like BOGO & B2G1) can only be exchanged.
• If the product received is either damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact Customer Service at customercare@veshnos.in or simply message us on  WhatsApp +91 97736 50537 within 48 hours of delivery.
• The pick-up and delivery of the products will be taken care of by Customer.
• For returns of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a Razorpay link will be sent to the registered mobile number.
• NOTE - Nova Baguette is not applicable for return options.
